Breanne is a magical human being. I feel like we struck gold having Breanne be our day of coordinator. My wedding could have been absolutely chaotic but I truly believe that Breanne had saved the day. There were many changes happening with my venue just weeks before the wedding and it was VERY stressful. Breanne went above and beyond and basically held our hands along the ride and put out many fires throughout the planning process and also on the wedding day. My experience of her is that she is so incredibly professional, knows exactly what she’s doing and how to handle difficult situations, is genuine and a grounding force for those around her. My nervous system would have been completely dysregulated if it wasn’t for her support. I honestly feel like I barely saw Breanne on my wedding day because she was working tirelessly and every time I did see her, she was either cheering me on and telling me how beautiful I looked or just running around making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Breanne is also decisive, efficient and honest which I find are all important qualities of a wedding planner/coordinator. My friends and family who had the pleasure of meeting her also commented on how incredibly professional and kind she was. She is someone you can trust on a day that is so crucial. I really cannot thank her enough. She even offered to look at our bill once we received it because she has such an attention to detail and she WILL be there to advocate for you. She really has your best interest at heart. We cc’ed her in a billion emails and asked for her advice for many things wedding related, and she was such a source of knowledge. You can tell she has a true passion for this job as challenging as it can be. Plus, passion doesn’t always mean you’re great at the job but Breanne is beyond AMAZING at her job. My maid of honour has said that when she gets married, she already knows who she is hiring as her planner. Thank you Breanne, truly, from the bottom of our hearts! Words are really not enough to thank you and express how wonderful you are! You really just got to experience Breanne in all of her awesomeness as your wedding coordinator/planner to understand it!

My husband and I hired Breanne to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding. We clicked with her immediately and felt confident that she would help bring our vision to life. Everything was ready to go when the week of the wedding our venue canceled on us due to a wildfire near the venue. Luckily we were able to find a new venue and Breanne helped us replan everything in 4 days! We were thrilled with the way everything turned out, all thanks to Breanne. Her attention to detail is incredible, she is organized and thorough and provided so many amazing solutions in planning and then replanning our wedding. Sometimes it’s the lil things that make these big moments extra special. From the day we met in a coffee shop, going over all the small details, to the tail end of the wedding as we loaded our decor back into the car, Breanne made sure we felt supported. Breanne is very detail-oriented; she was attentive to the fast-paced environment around us, and responded quickly and accordingly, because she understood our values and our needs. And what we valued most about working with Breanne was the working relationship that was developed over the course of the month leading up to the wedding. It was like working with your best friend.

Where do I even begin? I reached out to Breanne knowing I needed help coordinating the ceremony portion of my wedding and from our very first meeting she put all my worries at ease and I just knew she was amazing.

Fast forward to the rehearsal. As most weddings. Things did not go to plan and our venue was difficult to communicate with. When I was visibly ready to lose my cool Breanne didn’t hesitate to say “how about I come back first thing in the morning and we switch to a full day of coordination?” I cannot begin to explain the relief I felt.

Breanne completely took over. Made phone calls. Gave orders. Showed up early the day of to set up tables and decorations. Got all the kids and bridal party down the aisle. Ran up a hill to personally hand us pizza and a drink. Rallied the family for photos. Stepped up to DJ for our first dances. She caught on to our humour and kept us laughing during photos. But most of all she was just Breanne and a smiling face.

I am certain there’s a million more things she did for us that day that I don’t even know about nor can I thank her enough for.

Breanne had reached out to me through Facebook as I had posted that I was searching for a coordinator. We clicked instantly! Breanne was an absolute asset to our wedding planning and day of coordinating. I cannot say enough good things about the service she provided. She managed to put me (as a very stressed) bride at ease. She handled every single detail on our wedding day without including me which allowed me to really enjoy the day. She also did all of our decor set up with inspo photos and managed to set everything up better than I had even anticipated. Breanne was very detailed oriented and made sure to know everything we needed before hand so it would be taken care of on the wedding day. Lil Events Co = BEST COORDINATOR EVER

Could not recommend Breanne enough! She was literally the reason our wedding day happened after I had my appendix removed 2 days prior! Our venue looked like a dream, despite not having the opportunity to give her any inspo pics or talk about what I wanted it to look like. She also made sure everything was spotless by the end of the night, as the venue had strict rules on cleaning etc in order for us to receive our deposit back. You can tell she genuinely cares and will work tirelessly to make it the best day possible
