Month of Coordination

This package is made for the couple that wants to plan their wedding but doesn't want to stress about the nitty gritty details the month of the wedding. Month of Coordination starts 4-6 weeks out from the wedding where all of the loose ends will be tied and you can enjoy your last few weeks as an engaged couple without any stress that comes with the 4 week out wedding grind. This package also includes day of coordination to make sure your day goes off without a hitch (from what you can see).  *DIY Decor Add-ons available, travel rates may apply*

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS; (Over 20 service hours)                                                                                       STARTING AT $1600

Initial Consultation to get to know you and learn about your vision and inspiration for the day

* Venue Walk through (if possible in person, virtual walk through also an option)

*Unlimited email and phone communication

*6 week out meeting to discuss the day in full with timeline assistance (vendors, deliveries, etc)

*Vendor contact and communication from 4 weeks out to the wedding day

* 2 week out meeting to discuss the little details and last minute changes 

*Wedding Rehearsal assistance for 1 hour

* On-site wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding

*Wedding decor set-up

Day of Coordination

This package is made for the couple that wants to plan their entire wedding but want assistance executing their vision the day of their wedding.  This package will be for the day of the wedding only but will ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible so you don't have to stress on your big day.   *Decor and Rehearsal Add-ons available, travel rates may apply*

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS; (up to 12 service hours)                                                                                STARTING AT $1000

Initial Consultation to get to know you and learn about your vision and inspiration for the day

* Unlimited calls and emails

* Meeting 2-3 weeks prior to discuss the lil details 

* On-site wedding coordinator for up to 12 hours (on-site from the time your first vendor arrives until the time your dance floor opens

* Point of contact for all vendors during the wedding day

* Wedding Decor set-up 

* Wedding timeline and floor plan assistance

* Ensure timelines are followed during the day

* Ceremony execution

Hourly Coordination 

This package is made for the couple that planned their event but doesn't need a coordinator for the entire day. Hourly coordination gives couples the option to have assistance with only an aspect of their wedding on an hourly basis. This could include assistance with your ceremony, reception, rehearsal, on timeline pre-wedding consultation. Minimum 4 hour booking,   *The lil details add-ons available, travel rates may apply*

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS; (min 4 service hours)                                                                             STARTING AT $95/hr

Initial Consultation to get to know you and learn about your vision and inspiration for the day

* Meeting 2-3 weeks prior to discuss the lil details 

* Unlimited emails regarding the aspect of the wedding during booked hours

* Point of contact for all vendors while on-site

* Simple decor set-up (decor must be onsite)

* Ensure timeline is followed for hours of your choosing

* Ceremony execution

DIY Decor Set up and Take Down

This package is made for the DIY couple that has everything planned but doesn't want the stress of setting up and taking down their ceremony and/or reception space. This is a basic package and doesn't include the set up of tables, chairs, AV equipment, lighting, chair covers/sashes, or cleaning of the venue.  

*The Lil Details Add-ons available, travel rates may apply*

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS; (up to 5 service hours)                                                                                STARTING AT $650

Initial Consultation to get to know you and learn about your vision and inspiration for the day

* Unlimited contact via email regarding decor

* One wedding coordinator on-site to assist with the set-up and tear down

* Advice on wedding decor and colour schemes 

*includes 5 hours of service

**Ceiling drapery is not included in this price. All decor must be already onsite and have a vehicle to go into at the end of the night**

The lil details 

The lil details are a la carte services that can be added to any above package or combined to create a custom package for your big day. 

WEDDING CEREMONY  REHEARSAL                                                                        STARTING AT $200

This is a one hour service where we will be present to assist with running through your wedding rehearsal with or without your wedding officiant / commissioner. This is only a 1 hour service, additional charges may apply for travel and additional hours if needed. 

 

DIY DECOR SET UP                                                                                                      STARTING AT $300

We will show up to your venue to set up your DIY wedding decor for you according to how you would like it to be set up from either mock photos or a list.

*this package does not include setting up tables, chairs, sashes, backdrops, or lighting. Decor must be ready to set up onsite**

 

DIY DECOR TEAR DOWN                                                                                             STARTING AT $325

We will show up to your venue to tear down your DIY wedding decor for you and pack it up. Couple/their designate responsible for putting decor into cars. 

*this package does not include tearing tables, chairs, sashes, backdrops, or lighting*

*Lil Events Co. is not responsible for sweeping, cleaning, collecting garbage, packing the bar, or locking up the venue*

 

VENUE WALK THROUGH                                                                                         STARTING AT $150

This will be done during the planning phase of your wedding, it is always good to go to a venue multiple times to plan where you want to hold aspects of your event and brainstorm the best way to utilize the space. 

 

CHAIRS | SET-UP | TEAR DOWN | MOVING                                                               STARTING AT $2/CHAIR

This is a great add-on to any additional package if you want to repurpose your chairs from ceremony to reception, need assistance setting up chairs for the ceremony/reception. Or need tearing down rented chairs.
